Orders will be processed within 48 hours during weekdays, excluding holidays. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please note shipping times can vary from 1 day to 30 days based on availability, date of order receipt, distance shipped as well as any delays incurred by incorrect shipping or billing information.
Items will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise notified. Damage during shipping must be reported to the carrier (UPS) immediately. Orders to P.O. Boxes will not be processed or shipped.
NOTE - Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via Air. We will contact you to confirm additional shipping fees prior to shipping.
We charge actual UPS Ground rates which are calculated on the total estimated shipping weight of the items in your order and are figured upon checkout.

We realize Internet shopping can be challenging with regards to color, fabric and scent options and will do everything we can to ensure seamless returns or refunds if needed. We reserve the right to enforce the following when and where necessary:
Merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered and have all original tags attached.
Undergarments and swimwear must have the hygenic strip in place to be returned.
Go Gorgeous reserves the right to deny return if evidence of tampering has been identified.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of items receipt. Please be aware that it can take your credit card company up to 30 days to post your refund.
For your protection, we suggest that you send your items in a manner that requires a signature upon receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Manufacturers warranties against defects will be honored.
Cancellation - Cancellation notice must be submitted either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for processing yet then we can cancel the order.
BackOrder/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have in stock as soon as possible and the backordered items upon receipt. If an item becomes unavailable for more than 30 days or discontinued we will issue a refund to your account.
Pre-Sale items - In order to provide the latest products to our customers we sometimes offer presale items. These are the items that are still in the manufacturing stage but we give our customers a chance to reserve them before they become available. Please email us if you have any questions.

Gwen Gordon will lead product development for Go Gorgeous travel accessories and swimwear lines. Gwen has over 25 years of exceptional executive management experience. Her drive for success led her to become the first female Director of Operations for a major moving and storage company in the United States. Gwen also has valuable experience in the apparel industry, having been the youngest person to manage a garment factory for Sears as well as being a successful model and occasional fashion designer. Go Gorgeous will capitalize on Gwen’s natural affinity for sales, marketing and employee relations as well as her operational excellence as needed.
